About the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar supports and is responsible to the Dean of Studies. Core functions include academic records and transcripts, classroom scheduling, consortium agreement, course scheduling, commencement, diplomas, enrollment and registration, guest student approvals and registrations, FERPA compliance, grade collection, institutional research, and veteran certification. The Office of the Registrar collaborates with the Office of the Dean of Studies in matters pertaining to the bulletin, degree audits, and transfer credit processing.
The Office of the Registrar is located in the east wing of the building across from the Office of the Dean of Studies facing Chicago Boulevard. The staff is available to assist students, faculty and staff, and the general public during the hours of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

The Office of the Registrar advances the mission and vision of Sacred Heart Major Seminary by offering a wide range of services to faculty, students, alumni, and staff, as well as outside agencies. The office is the steward of student records from the point of matriculation and beyond while providing a wide range of enrollment assistance to the entire educational community.
