Ward Library

Stepping into the Ward Library is like stepping back in time.  Formerly the Sacred Heart College library, the Ward Library, or Ward Reading Room, is a beautifully appointed and calm place for quiet study and contemplation.  Fitted with arched windows, a cork tile floor, oak tables and twin wrought iron spiral staircases, the Ward library has been left intentionally free of the technology resources offered in the Szoka Library, making it admirably suited for quiet study.

In addition to the study space, the Ward Library houses the first half of the collection of bound back issues of our periodical collection.  The Ward library is adjacent to the Rare Book Room and the Seminary Archives, and a full-time member of the Library Staff is on hand to assist patrons in the Ward Library.
