Below is a list of electronic resources made available by SHMS. If you have trouble accessing any of the resources below, please inform us by using our online support portal.
- Emergency School Closing
Using Zimbra, SHMS provides email, calendaring, online file storage, and contact management to all members of the SHMS institution.
- Library Catalog
All users are welcome to browse the entire library catalog online. Members of the SHMS community can also reserve items, renew items, make purchase requests, and browse article databases.
- ADP Payroll Portal
Here you can view your payroll information, tax information, and review previous payroll statements. If you need help logging in for the first time, please go to support.
Using COR, you can request transcripts, record grades, register for courses, and perform other student and faculty needs.
- Password Management
If you know your current password you can change it here. Also, if you build a password profile you will be able to reset a forgotten password.
- Food Services
Logging into this portal will allow you to add funds to your meal account. You can use these funds by scanning your ID badge in the cafeteria.
- Remote Access
To gain remote access to the SHMS network, please put in a ticket at our support page. With your supervisor's approval, we will help you to connect remotely. (Staff and Faculty only)
- Support Portal
Using the support portal, you can review closed support requests or follow up on open requests by adding notes or attaching files. We also notify all users of system outages using this portal, if you need any technology support, please go here first.
- Online Language Tools
Using this online tool members of the SHMS community can learn from over 85 available languages.
- Atomic Learning
Using this online tool, members of the SHMS community can browse a library of instructional videos whose topics cover over 125 different software applications.
Using Moodle, SHMS provides and environment for students and faculty to share documents, review materials, and more efficiently transfer information.
Using this tool, you can inform other members of the SHMS community of events, request prayers, or share information on existing prayer requests.
- Emergency Notification
By creating an account on the Wayne County notification system, you can receive important notifications via phone call, email, or text message. These include school closings, safety warnings, and other emergency notifications.**PLEASE NOTE** When entering address, enter the address of the seminary.
After logging in, you will be able to review the documents you have printed, the financial impact of your printing, upload documents from a home computer to print at SHMS, and more.
With this tool you can quickly create a web based video conference with multiple parties. Please note, for reliable audio, we recommend you utilize your telephone.
