Welcome Alumni and Friends

The great legacy of Sacred Heart Major Seminary is the alumni who serve daily in parishes, education, and a variety of positions throughout the Church and society, and our friends – Catholics who share the passion of supporting our mission of training men and women for leadership roles in Christian ministry.

This site has been established to provide information and services to our alumni and friends, as well as to celebrate your many contributions in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. You are invited and encouraged to attend events, schedule reunions, and participate in the spiritual and professional opportunities throughout the academic year.

Your continued support of Sacred Heart Major Seminary is a source of encouragement to our students and faculty, and will help assure that the next generation of priests, deacons, and lay ecclesial ministers are prepared for careers of service in the Church.

Note: No Alumni Day Celebration This Year

The Alumni Association Board has been strategizing new ways to energize Sacred Heart's outstanding alumni members. Part of the rethinking is developing a new format for the annual Alumni Day Celebration.

As such, there will be no celebration this year, which is normally held on a Sunday in February. The board welcomes any ideas you may have to create a more active and participatory alumni. Thank you for your support of Alumni Day through the years. Look for news about a revamped celebration for next year.
