Golfers Wanted!

We welcome your participation as a golfer, sponsor or advertiser at the Twenty-Eighth Annual Desert Golf Classic. It will be held on Monday, September 20, 2010, at the Inn at St. John's in Plymouth. The Desert Classic benefits the Desert Formation Experience, a fou-rweek pilgrimage made by seminarians completing their first year of graduate theology. The men travel to the Holy Land "walking in the footsteps of Jesus," then on to Rome and other holy sites to further deepen their call to serve God.

 

When you arrive at 10:00 AM, pick up your gift bag-which includes a sleeve of free golf balls-and enjoy a continental breakfast. Shotgun start for this Tournament Play, 18-Hole Scramble, begins at 11:00 AM.

 

As you drive, chip and putt your way to the nineteenth hole, you'll enjoy beverages and a boxed lunch. Take your best shot at the Hole in One, Closest to the Pin and Most Accurate Shot contests.

 

Back in the clubhouse, unwind with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres before settling in for a delicious dinner. Lift a glass to the winning team-and to your contribution to a worthwhile cause.
